i like that we are thrown in quite quickly however i have zero emotional connection to the characters.

Still not really understanding this, i have heaps of unanswered questions!

like why Xaden said he was gonna kill her and then was nice to her ? like what ?? they obviously arent enemies??

Current Thoughts 💭

Okay okay okay… i know i kind of went off about how bad this book is.. but im starting to grow really fond of the characters, As much as i think there is ALOT of internalised misogyny with the male characters and within Hannah, as much as she is portrayed to be a stronger female lead i think that they are all growing on me and becoming less cringey. Im loving the character development.

I really want to like this book but the men in it seem so immature and disgusting. even the main character seems incredibly immature. unlike the last hockey romance i read (not to compare) but i have to force myself to read this in hopes it gets better, (and the fact it cost $27.99)
