I'm so enjoying my reread of the Earthsea cycle. I've forgotten quite a lot and it's very exciting to read it all again.

I'm gonna be sad when it's over, the complicated romance and funny characters are rivaling Pride and Prejudice

almost there, truly an eye opening read

I'm struggling with this one, the writing is alright but the stories don't really appeal to me; it's all unhappy heterosexual relationships and the endings don't feel that satisfying. I think I bought is because I liked the cover and the reviews were good but I'm thinking people mostly like it because it's about New Zealand.

This book is definitely challenging me. The syntax is so strange, and the long rambles are sometimes trying, but I understand the strangeness of the writing echoes the emotional state of the Ishmael.

I'm so excited to see it at the opera house in words and music I couldn't help myself but to read again

I can't believe I'm over 600 pages in and I still want to read it

really enjoying the chapter by Martin Ingle, superb impactful writing
