The chapters are short and sweet for me. They do not run on with so much description that it bothers me. They give me just enough to set a nice scene and vibe. I am already feeling the bit of anxiety and tension from Sophie. Now that she is newly married to a man she’s never truly got to know because of how rushed everything was, her new life is just beginning and I am looking forward to the crazy spooky shit.

So far, I’m like “the bochincheeeee!!” Cochrane got beef with errbody and pieced tf out cause he was in a no-bueno headspace

Woah.. we are wrapping up the books. But there’s a few chapters left! Oh man

Nothing like drinking and reading beside my sis in law, pausing in some parts to vent about Ethan who has literally no interest in the family lore now that we know who Belle is. Like seriously why would you not be curious about what happened to your great aunt? According to him, he keeps no actual tabs with his family so like— bro?? The GOSSIP!!

So far I’m loving it. 3 pov’s. Ashlyn the bookkeeper and empath for books specifically, who just discovered 2 books (that has no authors, no publishing date, no nothing) delving into the mysteries of who’s behind them. One book by a man who seems to fall head over heels in love with an engaged woman and the other book trying not to do the same but succumbing to it. But this isn’t a book with a happy end.
