Okay, so basically, Wicked the movie has taken over my life and become part of my personality at this point.

I knew the book was different going in, but so far, I'm loving it, and the context it applies to everything

I started this book without even reading the synopsis. I was looking for a gay Christmas novel on Libby and I found this one and checked it out. Then I found one that I had wanted to read was also available so I put this on the back burner. Well I just started it and I am in for a treat! The Santa Clause (movie) meets GAY! What more could I want?

I picked this back up after a year. I had made it at least half way through and I decided to finish it. I know enough about the general story that it was easy to pick up where I left off.

I have considered not finishing this book.... not because I couldn't get into it, but because it was getting into me too much. Reading this book has made me realize things about myself that I didn't even know. It has left me heartbroken several time. It's a gut puncher for sure. But I have to know what happens. It needs to be finished it just means I'm strapped in for this emotional roller coaster.
