Love the combination of quirky characters and politics within this one!

I don’t believe I’ve commented on this in my updates throughout the series, but I love how political this collection is. I think a lot of people write off this series as “boy” humor, but it’s more serious than some believe it to be. To ME(!!) the plot can compete with more “high-brow” sci-fi/fantasy series

I read The Troop around this time last year and it took a full YEAR to recover. Why not read another Cutter book? Why not be disgusted beyond belief again?

I’m…surprisingly enjoying this. Sager is like a guy you’ve dated years ago who swore he’s changed, so you date him again, he didn’t, you break up, date him AGAIN, and you’re in that phase where you think he did change? I think we’re rekindling
