I picked this book up and put it down so many times. The thought of starting a series with world building seemed so daunting to me. Buuuuut man….im soooooo glad i picked this back up! The amount of times Ive giggled and blushed is ridiculous! I’m having to rewind to jot down the details of the world but it’s worth it! This is refreshing!

Listen…this book was suggested…I couldn’t pass it up!

Gosh…this reread I find myself connecting with Gen. Sorrengail. When you want to help (save them) but having to stop yourself (tell your body to not react) bc you know you will not be there to protect them from everything. Bc you KNOW how tough they are. You KNOW they can survive. But, deep down, your heart aches. 💔 Okay…on to more reading!
