I loved how at the beginning of the book Pierre was like why am I depressed (coincidentally the same time his two besties got engaged) and then as soon as they broke up he was like life is great and the comet is the most beautiful thing ever

Mary needs to get away from her dad. Andrei is dumb for leaving Natasha for a year. Poor Pierre nothing ever goes right for him.

I can’t tell if andrei was more annoying when he loved war or when he hated it
