Okay... Really enjoying this so far :)
Guessed Athlen's secret quiet quickly... I think most probably would.. lol
And ended with the chapter of Tal getting kidnapped.. Bit worried about whats gonna to happen to Tal but definitely want to read more about the pair when they meet again

No idea what is going on... but for the moment, its intriguing.

Time to start another book gifted to me that has been sitting round for ages... 😅

Well... things got... seriously all of the sudden... I mean I expected some seriousness in this book but... yeah still surprising how... depressing it got. Yet the humour and characters are still balancing it out.
For now.

finally started on one of the many books I was gifted with over the years but never tried yet.
This is interesting. So far, so good. And with some humour.
Writing in it is smaller then usual for me so reading more slowly.

The illustrations in this book are amazing. Creepy at times, but stunning non the less.

Okay the bit with the Procrastinators was really fun and intriguing to read. :)

I had forgotten how much I like Susan's character. LOL

I don't know if books you vote for can be seen on here but wanted to explain something briefly.. Nalini Singh's Archangel Light is one of the choices for "October 2021 MM Releases (100 books)"

Now there are bound to be better M/M books in the list. BUT. I wanted to support her as my fave author and because of the grief she got about the pairing. The book wasn't perfect but I loved it so.. 🤍💙

Okay... trying again with reading. Gone back to Discworld. Probably going to be reading in short bites but lets see if I'm any more successful with something a bit lighter in tone.

Head still being a literal pain, so gotta remember to pace myself and not rush. Also didn't realise this was another "DEATH" book... Looking forward to this :)

Putting this on hold for a bit. Not been feeling great so gonna try and rest up before I continue any reading... she says looking at the mountain load of books still to read lol

My heart is breaking... OMG

Illium and Aodhan hurting each other accidentally with more misunderstandings and miscommunication while still worrying about the each internally...

Is heart breaking.

These boys are such idiots.

Also the introduction of Kai had me groaning. I mean.. really? URGH

And the visits to the past just got really sad and yet still sweet in the friendship of the young boys.

I'm going to be a emotional mess by the end of this book

Already want to bang the boys heads together... 🙄 So many assumptions and misunderstandings. Just talk dammit!

Thank goodness for the 'yesterday' parts giving us a glimpse of their past as Baby Blue and Baby Adi are utterly adorable and giving me a break from the angst of the present.. Which I so need.

Trying to decide if I should finish reading Good Omens first or start on this... As I have been waiting impatiently for this book since it was confirmed Nalini was pairing up angel boys Illium and Aodhan.

(Nalini has only ever written f/m romances in the past... I shipped Illium and Aodhan so damn hard for years but never thought they would be a thing.. BUT THEY ARE!!!)

I don't think I can resist.. 😍

This is very fascinating. I like the two main characters.
If anyone is wondering why its taking me so long to progress with this one considering how short it is, I'm struggling badly with my head at the moment which makes reading any ebook difficult so doing it extremely slowly for the moment.

Head and mood have been bad last few days, my reading has taken a knock because of it.
Trying to not get frustrated with that and instead remember my books aren't going to run off anywhere lol

Took a while to get into this (maybe because its been years since I last read a discworld book because of my head?) But as usual, with the more characters getting introduced and known the more interesting it gets. Plus the Watch showed up. They may not star in this as the focal point but the Watch is awesome in any form, that hasn't changed!
