The main character is so unlikable. I have met people like her and they are the worst. Being inside the brain of a narcissist is extremely unsettling.

It’s like watching a show and the villain does such a good job at being bad that even a photo of the actor pushes an uneasy feeling through your body.

This book is everlasting. Will the end ever come?

This is just as bad as the first book.

Nazi sympathizers are nazis. Main characters have nothing in common and no chemistry but we have to believe they will fall for each other? On top of that having to read all the catholic cult crap as part of the story line is extremely triggering. I found myself frowning through much of the book. Since I made it past the half way point and it still wasn’t good I decided for my own sanity to DNF.
