Operative programming is very sus to me. Or suggestive programming. Not that I don’t think it exists, but in the capacity the author mentions, like hearing about allergies at age 2-3 led to an allergy development well into adulthood. Sus, I’d like to hear more, but the author does not elaborate beyond the claim.

I think there are parts that are a reduction of emotional complexity. I think some claims seem to lack peer reviewed research to support it. I think when applied interpersonally, his self-made scale is inconsistent.
