Lucky is absolutely wild! She embodies the youngest child perfectly - zero awareness, zero responsibility. Avery ... the weight of always holding everything together, never feeling like you can let your sisters see the flawed parts of you is brutal. Still, she was way too harsh on Lucky. And Bonnie… being the glue that holds everything together while quietly falling apart herself? WHERE IS THERE MOTHER THO ?!

I wish I'd have more free time to read it in one go. So good.

I can't understand who I feel most sorry for.

Growing up with 2 sisters, I get this book so much it's crazy. Each one of them tries to move on from Nicky's death in their own way which only proves again their different personalities. Yet of course...despite all the differences they are sisters. Bound forever. Can't wait to see how they're gonna act next. Lucky needs a hug, Bonnie needs hope and Avery...probably some peace.
