Diane is on page 49 of 418 of The Handbook of Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, and Transgender Public Health: A Practitioner's Guide to Service
There is useful info in here. I must remind myself of this. But this edition is dated 2006 and just went through a discussion of the legal implications of disclosing a non-heterosexual orientation, and not only are all the cites are from the 1990s, but any acknowledgement of Lawrence v. Texas (2003) is glaringly missing. WTF?

Interesting take on the transition to more anthropomorphic deities.

Still feels mostly like a recap of epidemiology, which is frustrating.

This is a book I come back to time and again. There is just so much to find on each read-through, and revisiting the exercises presented gives them more depth over time.
