I'm taking this one slow because I rushed through the Kate Daniels ones and regret not having another book to start. But this one is going to be over too fast anyway.

Well that was weird. Georgia called the past. I guarantee like that every time I use a landline anyway though.

My, my, what a bad governess Caro is. Also, Caro is not a real nickname, right?

Hmm. interesting stories, I suppose, but I expected them to be funnier? Some of them are kinda depressing.

It's getting exciting!

Hrmm. Not sure how I feel about this book. I don't really like the main character. But I like the allusions.

Sometimes you have to read it out loud to figure out what's even going on. Accent transcription is pretty intense. Also, Tom Sawyer is a bit of a mischief maker. Making everyone's lives more complicated. At least Huck has the sense to keep things simple.

Why is it so creepy. Why do I keep reading.

I finally got to the famed chapter 7 and the "going west" bit. It was not overrated. Now I'm going to lay awake at night and have Thoughts about Los Angeles.

The nomes live so fast! Humans are slow.

The Book quotes at the beginnings of chapters get me every time. And the rest of the words are great too.

I'm scared to read it at night. But I can't stop reading.

Having picked up this book because of a bookshop recommendation, I really had no idea what I was in for. I am not disappointed. It is a little slow going, as with all "real adult" books.

I'm really savoring this book. All the stories are completely different, so if you read too much at a time it gets all muddled. And Gaiman is such a great writer I don't want to get muddled.

Well, so much for not abandoning the premise. I hate it when this happens. So I just give up now? I mean, I already know the thing that happens at the end...

This book is interesting. It's hard to tell who the good guys and bad guys are.

This book is weird. Like it's funny, maybe. Or terrifying. Or tragic. Or all of them. And do I even like the characters? I don't know. But it's really easy to just read one more chapter.

I can't decide whether I like reading it or listening to Neil gaiman read it more.

Neil Gaiman's voice makes even a 6pm commute a pleasure.

This book is pretty hilarious.
