All I feel so far is disappointment 🙃
There’s a lot of self reflection from Lis, the principal character. Also, I come from the Blood&Ash and Flesh&Fire series and the plot there was so good that this is just not giving it to me.
I’m finishing it for the sake of context building, but I’m over 50% of the book and haven’t found out anything useful yet. Too slow.
