No sisters, poor dear. Or he can just fall in love with someone he is not related to!!! Targaryens, you either love them or hate them.

I am quite enjoying this book so far. Having started the House of the Dragon televesion show, I decided I should read the books. I am not regretting that decision. I haven't been this invested in a good fantasy series in a very long time. The Targaryens are highly amusing and I find myself intrigued.

Weird. I don't like this book.

Cinderella vibes I see

Why is this book making me cry? I'm only in the fifth chapter! She is just so depressed and done with herself. She's shopping and buying clothes she's not going wear and going though her bank account way too fast. She is searching for love in boys but can't find it. And her mom is never home. Now she's finding herself attracted to her teacher. This is not supposed to be a sad book! She is looking for happiness.

Loving this book so far. Despite how young they are, Sadie and Christian are able to give wise advice on love from their own parents and people they have observed. I am only a few years younger than them and it brings hope to me that I can strive to love how they have learned to.

It's getting better. The first part was a little slow but now Xingyin is becoming more exciting as a character. The Chinese names are difficult to pronounce sometimes so I have to look them! Lol

So far this book has kept me coming back again and again. I can't put it down. The writing is so vivid and descriptive. I feel like I stepped into the World of Oz. Not only have I come to love, Elphaba, the Wicked Witch of the West, but I can relate to her.
