This is absolutely one of my favorite books of all time, and I am sure that I’ve read it a half dozen times or more now. The opening is just as wonderfully, suspiciously, mysteriously thrilling as I remember it being. Agatha weaves perspectives so well. It’s hard to get enough overlap between them without making it too repetitive, and she has succeeded!

118-125 (One more with feeling by Camille t. dungy) - great sensory description, more aimed at neurotypical people than others. a few helpful semantics and grammar tricks for it. poetry oriented, but applicable to prose and other forms of writing.

Essay on 53-58 (looking for a place called home by W. Ralph Eubanks) is good for inspiration about the places in a story, behind a story, and how deeply they affect and drive it.
