I'm reading slower than I would like but I am sure liking the book so far.

I really hope this book doesnt miss the opportunity for his family to see lindon perform in the tournament. How will they get there or be allowed to watch I don't know but make it happen. Why spend orthos to them otherwise.

What the hell? Only at page 110 and Lindon already leaving for the tournament? What happened to 9 months of training? I knew this book had to be rushed as its only 300 pages and how can a year of training fit in and a whole tournament but damn thats a shame. What has been shown is he only got a upgraded empty palm. Thats it. He only beat other underlords because of dross. Damn this character is such a let down

I spent too much time away from main characters with a back bone. I very much like Orthos but linden is just not compatible. He isn't a fighter let alone a killer but geez, is he still going to be soft by the time he is op?

First thing that I have disliked in this series and surprisingly its because of yerin. Stupid girl wants to rush to fight the bloodspawn as if she's the only one who can. Stick around and train impatient little girl.

A good bit is unclear to me but It's still good, I'll assume things become clear later. Poor Leweth

I cant help but see things I don't much like in the story. Eithan implied thos years training was going to be pure hell. Sure so far it's been work but nothing I wouldnt expect. Lindon is still far from a plain fighter and only half a year left. Has a blackflame core but no neat techniques other than an empowering ability. At this rate he gonna hit gold without any martial arts training.

Yea Lindon is annoying with his scheming to alway find a way around a problem, even on this page Yiren walks away from him cause of it. He doesn't have the heart of a fighter let alone a sacred artist. Doesnt even have a proper offensive attack technique just a dumb attack that empties the core of anyone not too stronger than him, lame. He may be lame but the story is still intriguing.

Still with the shortcuts sadly. I'd much rather him have miraculous plot armor which he kinda already as than just plan to skip steps to be the strongest. Doesn't make him likable at all.

Here's my current thoughts on Lindon. I play to read many more progression fantasy and I imagine he will be my least liked mc. Especially after I read more true cultivation manhua or rather their light novels. It's early in the story but the series isn't large. Book 3 and he still has no combat prowess and is looking for a way around training to grow stronger. Just a bit lame to me. Eithan best character atm.

I'm finding the book to be fine but I really want to continue cradle and so i'm going to focus on cradle and read this slowly. But the book isnt bad but not great either, I would give it a 3.5 atm. I don't think I would be enjoying it any more if I wasn't excited and craving to continue cradle. Got some new povs and I like em. Honestly think it would be fine to drop for a better series but dont want to.

Putting it down on page 474. I'm wasting days continuing this book. Not bad at all but i just dont like jihyeon being the leader and im reading less everyday. I'll move onto another book and read this book when im free or maybe just need a one book break

This may example why these kids seems more tough than the villains but it's still annoying.

All of the villians including zosia save hoartrap are huge let downs.

Yep jihyeon has spoiled the book for me but im too deep to drop it now. Cant see myself ever liking her. Good thing she doesnt have many pov focus as of yet because then I wouldn't be able to finish. Damn this might end up a 3 star book
