Prediction: Cornael was not corrupt. Mariamne is corrupt; she killed Cornael bc she found her out, and made up the story to cover her own activity.

Nana shares a rumor that one princess survived the Valyan attack, just after Jo notes that Lindy resembles the Queen somewhat. Nana says Lindy was aristocratic but not royal.

Ethan is informed that Lindy and Jo agreed to take the mission.

Lindy present with Mariamne for Ilion’s death, by invitation from Lindy’s grandmother.

Councilor Tremaine, Lindy’s adoptive mother, asked that she be on the MID team to Valya… but Lindy thinks it was Jarvis’s idea and does not want to be part of the mission.

Jo gives the code that something has gone wrong. Lindy sees Jo get taken. Lindy is injected with something that makes her pass out.

- Is Lindy the child Lin from Ch. 1? (Seems like yes but not confirmed)
- Are Jo and Lindy romantically involved or just partners in their work? If romantic, did they work together first?
- Valyans (including Lindy) are empath via touch; do other races have different powers?
