Pesky work and life keep getting in the way of finishing this book.

What in the world am I reading??

I've never read any of Ursula Le Guin's books. As clever as she is, I don't think I'm in the right frame of mind for this read. After I finish, I may need to set a time to re-read it again later in the year.

I am slogging through this book, determined to finish it. I still have over 5 hours left of reading 😳 Tom Clancy is definitely not my jam.

This book has glowing reviews. I hope it gets better. The characters have already said Carrigan's name a dozen times. Who *does* that when talking to friends?

I am really struggling with this book. There's a lot of fantasy, and it's not my thing. I may end up tossing this book in the DNF pile...

I figured I might as well continue on with Sharon Osbourne's second autobiography after finishing the first last night. 🤷‍♀️

I picked this book from June's Prime first reads list and I'll slog through it, but I don't know how anyone is giving this 5 stars unless they also gave Fifty Shades of Grey the same rating. This is more erotica than about motherhood. ::eyeroll::

Not for me. It's an easy read, and you'll really enjoy it if you like this genre!

It never fails that I start books and then realize, "Ohhh, it's THAT kind of book." I really should read the jacket. :-D Meh, girly book it is, then.

I can't do it. This book got way too Sci fi for me.

I'm only reading this one because my husband really enjoyed it. I'm not sure I'm going to finish it. It's gotten a little too science fiction/fantasy for me.
