long book, no. heavy book, yes. reading this is doses to not overwhelm myself.

every time i see the footnotes i die.
i'm choosing to move forward without reading the footnotes because they contribute very little and i want to see this book to the end.

i knew moving back with my parents that i would need therapy again but this further reemphasized how much i need it. i'm not even 25% through. what do you mean "checking one suggests..." i've checked off all but 2 off the checklist
