At least let me dislike Peter freely instead of excusing him with the most random set of circumstances so that I don’t feel like he’s a an ass. Let him be an ass. I ask deeply dislike how we skip the characters having actual conversations and use a flashback of something with grimes and it comes back to them having finished said conversation. It feels lazy

It’s hard to keep up with the ideas of the story at times. The way some characters were presented at the beginning of the story dont seem to align with how they developed as of now. It’s not bad it’s just a lot of flashbacks and many many references, which is interesting because it does drive you research but at the same time it can be hard to know at times exactly what’s being discussed.

It’s interesting but a little pretentious at times. I also can’t bring myself to like Peter that much.

Off to a good start, makes me want to do research and live my dark academia dreams

Had a hard time starting it, but it’s funny. Will keep going, story is not really that much to my interest but it’s still super early and it’s Vonnegut so I’m sure it’ll be fantastic and I’ll eat my words.

Never expected an anti war book to be such a good read and funny at that too
