i love art and writing and art about being a woman but also the writing is so good and it’s been years since a book has made me feel this way and i can’t put it down to sleep but i also don’t want it to end i need every book to give me this feeling AHHHHHHH ITS SO AHH and already took such an unexpected turn (im probs just dumb)

i love friendship, specifically with women. and i love queer friendship and i love women and its all so cool and special im excited to read this book on a 13 hour plane ride

i’m so excited!! and also fearful because it’s maybe slightly topical!!

i actually forgot that they’re friendship started by exchanging books. i rly like that because it rly emphasizes how human the main character is, which i think is important to remember throughout the series

“still the image haunted his dreams throughout the night: a lovely girl gazing at the stars, and the stars who gazed back” enjoying it so far. i only rmeber bits and pieces, most of which are not in this book, so kinda feels like i’m reading this for the first time because i don’t rmeebr how this book led to the others. nothing profound, but i like it so far. reminds me of early hs me (it’s weird to rmeber)

3 pages in but i can’t contain myself cus omg all the feelings came flooding back and even the first sentence made me remeber how different the first book is from the last of the series, my most recent memory of it all. i can rmeber feeling sooo excited and anxious waiting for the next book in the series and i rmeber being mind blown at the plot twists and rah it’s like i can feel the remnants of the feelings

i’m rly scared to start this reread. this was the book series rhat got me into reading and it was my all time favorite. but i was 13-14 and i fear i may hate it now. but i was inspired by hades to reread. i think i also need a light read considering everything is blowing up in my face rn in reality, so maybe getting back into fantasy will be nice

started this again, keep switching but i’m gonna try to finish it by tomorrow. it’s truly so amazing and rah and idk what the word is but wow

it’s nice to know that people are able to form new memories and experience good moments in the end with palliative care

i’m rly scared but rly excited to start monday. hearing the various stories and perspectives of people in this book is rly cool and sad and important. but also it’s clear that a lot goes into even just the emotional support part of being a caregiver and i think that’s what im scaredest of. i hope i can provide a comfortable end of life for someone, ik that’s what i would want if i was in their position.

that was truly a delight to read in every way i’m so rahhh. it was so human in that it showed the bad and our shortcomings but also that i think there can be so much good idk i rly rly liked this chapter and i feel so grateful that i was able to read it
