What an amazingly interesting book. The use of a pseudonym as protection and the recognition that there are times walking away is protection instead of failure is a lesson I think will stick with me.

I feel as a white person, I was definitely not her target audience but I am so grateful to have been included as a queer woman. Hearing about her fears of coming out to a religious family resonated with me!

Hmmmmm harry and Davis take New York I see

The real thing I love about this book is that there are so many plot points that I feel will come together, but get swept under the rug for a minute. Her getting drunk at the party, her stealing the bronze horse, her using Barbara‘s credit card. What I’m really interested in is the fact that Davis is in an accident now. I feel like Harry and Chloe are gonna take over the world.

So she’s an auntie now $1 million bronze course. This is kind of getting better and better. I really love books like this, but the main character feels like an outside even though she’s inside then she can realize because impostor syndrome is something we’ve all felt or feel at some point.

Loving it! Only putting it down to sleep and work. Davis is a loving and complicated character. I love how naturally she fakes the world she is in. It’s her birth right
