This is already one of the better “self help” books I’ve read, and I’m finding myself becoming much more mindful, intentional, and up for a challenge. So far, so good.

Into the encyclopedic section of trees, flora, and fauna and their traditional uses and presence in mythology and folklore.

So far a really nice world history of gardening and our changing relationship to the world around us.
