So beautiful. Determination and discipline is crazy

Honestly, I’m sad to say I’ve been disappointed for much of this book. The intro was so good, but I can only recommend 1 or 2 of the other essays so far :(

I’m only at the beginning but the intro alone is enough for any woman (and any man) to buy this book, hopefully the rest stands to this expectation.

What I am noticing while reading this is the lack of citations from the Gospels. Claiming the Father teaches through the epistles isn’t necessarily wrong (don’t come after me. I’m literally just sharing thoughts) but it does show the blessing of the sacraments, they come directly from the gospels, from God’s direct action.

I’ve been reading this since June….i hope that explains my rating.
