One of Rachel’s better works in the series, but not as gripping as it could be. Lots of Gay Yearning if you’re looking for a good queer Will-they-won’t-they.

Wildly creative. The writing is full to bursting of extremely unnecessary adjectives and sidebars that give the whole thing the same too-much-just-for-the-fun-and-showiness-of-it as the glam rock music genre its inspired by. Very fun read! You will definitely need a highlighter to keep track of the important subjects and verbs though, lol.

If you love Sci-fi, fantasy, and badass women, I cannot recommend this book enough
