i picked this book up to read because, as someone living in a Black bubble, i assumed her love interest was Black. he is not. this is very anti-Black history month of me but i might gotta keep reading regardless. or maybe not, i’m not a fan fr of spice in books

the beginning of this book really had me feeling like i couldn’t read. good but can just be a little disorienting?

took me 3 days to get through the introduction. academics really gotta chill, some nonfiction will really have you feeling like you don’t know how to read

really liking this so far. main character is so unhinged but also believable
