I wanted to love this because daniel handler has had such a huge impact on my own creative practice but the fact that it revolved on idea of falling in and out of love made it feel awkward. I felt super uncomfortable reading at times and that is what kept me from enjoying it fully. still 3 stars though because it is super interesting and engaging. handler uses his classic repetitive motifs that keep you reading!
