my attention span has (ironically, although i don’t know why it’s ironic yet) deteriorated parallel to me reading this book, so i (ironically, again) can only read this in bite-sized quantities. however, i’ve been enjoying every short spurt i have reading this book. wallace’s writing has gotten more “readable” for a lack of a better word, but is still as dense as ever
