I’m really getting into this book now I think myself struggle was that I was emerging from a book slump and I half forced myself to start this book so I wouldn’t stop reading for a while 🫠 what can I say? OUABH was too good

Paedyn, while I love her name and I think she’s a fabulous character, I can’t help feeling as though she’s very stereotypical and inspired in many ways. She feels like so many fmcs I’ve read about before (Jude Duarte, Inej Ghafa, etc.) all mixed into one and presented in a sort of stereotypical way.

I have been speeding through this book at an unhealthy pace and my sleep schedule no longer exists at this point it’s so good

You don’t understand how hard it is to put this book down omg it’s so good

WHAT do you mean Juliette has a New Zealand Accent?? 😭 Ljke it makes sense but I’ve always read her lines in an American accent

This book is the reason for the saying "Communication is Key"

Also in these books there's a lot of just plain grammatical errors I've noticed- like Pg 301 "They why would you lie to her?" is Kenji's line which is supposed to be "Then why would you lie to her?"- this makes me believe that these books weren't edited that thoroughly, especially since I've seen plenty mistakes like this
