I think i'm just starting to follow the story haha

Here's my theory. Curtis is Rick and lives in the basement and comes into her bedroom through wardrobe and a false panel. The Reese who she messaged is the Reese who's letter she found on the kitchin table and sid is off his tits and none the wiser and the rash is side affect to whatever Rick is giving him to stay high? And something was put in the milk. Maybe something to do with lead in the house?? How wrong am I?

I am a little confused at what is going on at this point.
