Sure the title clearly helps you understand what might be head, but for those who have been abused, they might relive their own experience as they read. Not uncommon for any traumatic experiences, but read with caution.

One thing is for sure, this isn’t a great before bed read.

Finally turned a corner in the story and now it’s hard to put down. 😅

..this book has been so forgettable so far.

…..crawling out of this with my determination to not quit. Why? You ask. I don’t know, maybe there is something so profound at the end? Maybe because my reading slump will not be fixed with giving up on book after book (hmm, the horse book).
