Struggling quite a bit with this, it is kind of making me feel a bit silly because it’s quite subversive and I don’t understand a lot of it. I love the premise and the whole notion of the short paragraphs emulating the experience of being on the internet and social media, attention span interruptions etc etc. however I am struggling to stay engaged, I also don’t remember anything I’ve read so far…?

I honestly feel like house of earth and blood could and should have been a stand-alone book?

Like I was happy to leave it there.

But maybe I will regret saying this later on. I shall push through and see if the ending of this book is as good as HOEAB.

Reading this one a bit slower than the previous ones, it’s not that I’m not enjoying it though.
