A reread of this great and powerful short story by Keegan that absolutely blew my mind. Claire Keegan is truly the queen of short fiction.

I’ve watched the movie for the first time 3 years ago. I liked how whimsical and lighthearted it was. I think the book will just be the same since so far the events are similar to what I’ve seen in the movie.

Ohohoho the plot has thickened 😈

The story started to finally pick up but I’m still not that invested. However, it’s not that bad

Unfortunately, I’m still not feeling the story. I feel so detached from the characters and the plot overall. I fear that YA is not my genre

I’m not feeling this book yet, but I’m only in chapter two so we’ll have to see

I’m so excited for this book because I adore the movie so much

The fact that I bought this book on a whim 🙂 I think I’ll end up liking this book, not quite a 5 ⭐️ but I’m enjoying my time with it. The plot and the writing are so good too.

Well, here goes nothing. The last T.Kingfisher book I read was an absolute disappointment, so I don’t have much hope for this one, yet I’m still giving it a chance.
