Somewhere within these amazing unpublished stories that are better than most published romantasy books today— there is a metaphor about how those given a platform aren’t necessarily the most worthy. Like this writing is so thoughtful & informed and I can’t get over that this is just this person’s hobby

This long ass book is probably gonna be my last read of the year, also the last book in F&F series!

I’m getting annoyed with Sera and her uncontrollable need to save people’s lives while she also grew up as an assassin unbothered by killing people. Idk girl, pick a side

tbh romance novels where the love interests are forcefully separated from one another are so difficult for me to power through and that’s what the 2 previous books entailed as well so consider me discouraged

Waittttt I was really fighting with myself over whether I should read this (it’s the start of their love story from his pov) but now I’m experiencing all that banter, tension, and yearning all over again and remembering why I enjoyed the first book so much

I’ve actually been sprinting through this book. My only complaint is she has switched to adding our mmc’s pov and I just feel like there’s something lacking from how she writes a guys perspective
