What the fuck 😭

Making Torran a romantic interest/partner so fast is the worst decision ever and butchers Ariane's whole vibe.

There was no need for Torran to be inserted as a love interest. Especially after the decades of solitude and the excruciating torture Ariane went through.

It just makes no sense for her to fall head over heels for this man and call him love in a matter of a couple of chapters. I dont understand this decision. I'm so close to putting this book down.
