Half way through.. What is this book and how do I get a magic attic?! 😂

OMG I love this book. About half way through. The prose is beautiful.

Ok I am struggling. This is a slog and there are way too many characters to keep track of.

Ugh I’m too far in to give up but this book is way too long. I’m sort of over it but need to know how it ends.

This book is exquisitely written. I’ve never read anything by Lionel Shriver before and I’m hooked.

The author hates women, right? That’s the vibe so far with this book.

This book was a clue on NYT crossword puzzle and I'd never heard of it so now I have to read it.

I’m buried in snowdrifts. I’m going to hunker down and read until the spring thaw.

Update.. my copy is 814 pages. OMG

Fuck. Did I really just pick up a 720 page book? I think I did. My friends reviews are mixed. This should be interesting.

I gave up with about 250 pages left. I can't do it. I don't care how it ends.

This was the sweetest book.

This has been a slog. I cannot get through it. I give up. I normally love her books but this one is a drag for me.

Ok I took a break and read another book in between. Back reading this because my friend said the ending is real good.

I feel terrible saying this but I can’t seem to get into this book. I’m less than half way through it and it’s been a struggle for more than two weeks. I think I’m giving up.

This book coincides with a meditation challenge hosted by the OG meditation master herself.

I hate when books get preachy especially about abortion. Didn’t finish.

Oh this book is gorgeous. So much wisdom within these pages.

This is a library book and it’s huge. I read until it’s due and then I go back on the waiting list for several more months. I’m a little more than halfway through it and had to return it again. Back on the list I go!

This book! It's so good! I am reading at bedtime until my eyes are crossed. I cannot put it down!
