the moment i saw the trailer for this movie and found out it was also a book i just knew it had to be my commute audiobook

lets find out if everything really IS tuberculosis

started listening to this yesterday to prepare for that crazy ass movie

this is going to be my commuting to work audiobook YIPPEEEEE

listening to this as an audiobook but i just ran out of listening hours for the month so who knows when i'll get reupped FML

i have to lock in because theres about 20 million holds for this book at the library

fantasy is back in such a big way. I GENUINELY LOVE THESE CHARACTERS (minus a few of the evil ones of course....) I NEED MORE OF THIS SERIES AND MORE OF IT NOWWWWW. also i really think that if you loved the will of the many then you WILL love this book too because they gave me the same tense, heart-pounding, tear-jerking feelings and moments mixed into such a richly built world. antonia hodgson your mind amazes me.

this twist at the end KINDAAAA HAD ME GAGGED. also i enjoy that this book isnt so focused on the love triangle like FINALLY WE ARE TALKING ABOUT THE THINGS THAT MATTER!

ALRIGHT. IM LOCKED IN.

3.5 rounded up because i cried and anything that elicits emotion from me gets a win. AND I APPRECIATE THE FMC'S DEVELOPMENT THROUGHOUT THE STORY EVEN THOUGH AT ONE POINT SHE WAS GIVING PICK ME BUT SHE GOT IT TOGERHER IN THE END

i loathe to put this on my currently reading because how are we less than 50 pages in and the fmc is already imaginging having sex with who i assume is the mmc

this overall rating is bafflingly low or maybe i just love to see lesbians win

if i took a shot every time a character said "good point" or "fair point" i'd be dead

only one chapter in and there's already been one mention about how frail and fragile violet is

i am so mad it took like ~350 pages for things to start happening but i'm forgiving it kinda because miss cassandra did what she had to do from pg 477 to pg 481

it feels illegal to be taking so long reading this book but it took 200 pages for the protagonists to even MEET

im not kidding when i say i think i was in a minor slump and this book is getting me out of it
