While Stratt reminds me of Miranda Priestly character, Rocky is reminding me of Mr. Miyagi.

“You have idea already. Not question. I know you. You have idea already. Tell idea.”

“We’re dead in space. We’re stuck here forever.”
“Not forever,” Rocky says.
I perk up. “No?”
“No. Orbit decay soon. Then we die.”

“Okay I’ll wait faster”

“I can tell it means trouble, because the word “TROUBLE” is in large type across the top.”

Chapter 21 has also ended with a DUN DUN DUNNN moment. This book is very fun to read. I’m curious how the movie is going to portray all these events.

“Don’t shoot me if I look like I’m having a good time” - reading that line genuinely made me heartily laugh out loud.

Is Stratt like Miranda Priestly?

It’s reminding me too much of the movie Arrival and that’s aggravating me.

Chapter 4. Enjoying the book so far, simple read seems to be moving along quickly and intriguing enough. Each chapter ends with a sentence that seems to be trying too hard to be a “DUN DUN DUNNN!!!” moment.

I’ve learned per second per second is not a typo.

Typo? “It’s 15 meters per second per second when it should be 9.8.”
