If I have to deal with ONE MORE amnesia plot I’m going to throw something through a window.

“Hold my horse.”

If I read ONE MORE “I love you but it puts you in danger so I’m going to break up with you and convince you that I hate you” scene I am going to throw something through a window.

“A few weeks ago I was serving drinks at the Banished Gentleman and today I was on a pirate ship prepared to hunt down a healing nut and speaking to old boots.”

Ha yeah I saw this coming a whiiiiiile ago.

… *cough cough* peacocks.

So far good but I am also extremely confused. No clue what’s going on anymore I’m kinda just along for the ride 🤷‍♀️

The problem here is on audiobook I can’t tell what is in her head and what is accidentally spoken out loud…

“Hey,” he says, “I’m Fen.”
“Of course you are,” I huff. NOT TODAY, LOVE TRIANGLE! And I slam the door in his face.

Lol I think I have it figured out

One minute she’s clever and the next she’s one of the dumbest people ever 🤦‍♀️

“Kick to the fork. That was Fairbairn’s constant advice to students training in close combat. Has your opponent grabbed hold of you? Break the hold, and then kick to the fork. Do you want to blind your opponent? Put your fingers in his eyes, and then kick to the fork.”
This is the guy who would put a knife to one’s throat on the first meeting. 👍

“Did someone… die?”
“Yes but we didn’t like him so it’s okay.”

Is it just me or does that lion’s face look a little off…

Y’all “burned to the bone” is a fourth degree burn which does NOT heal that much in a few days I don’t care WHAT kind of amazing plant was used on it. AB. SURD.

This girl and her dumbness is going to drive me crazy before I finish this book
