quite narrowly focused on liberation from the pov of gay men & lesbians and inherently exclusionary of transgender people’s contributions to the movement (even in areas where it seems blatantly obvious to include these trans histories as well).-However- it does create a seamless contextualized overview of individual & organizational liberation efforts by before the infamous stonewall riots. a great introduction fs!
