Staring out feeling like Mulan Rouge but with magic. I liked the characters and the plot

I just started reading this story, but I’m already feeling like I have a lot of questions about this insta-fascination with a “wanted” criminal…

This story is getting frustrating...

I tried to read it, but I just couldn’t. When she got a bruise on her arm and it was seen, she wasn’t afraid they would think she was abused or clumsy. Instead she was afraid they would think she likes kinky sex. Seriously... That was just one example of things that happened that don’t match up with her phobia of men or the overall storyline

Um, interesting writing style? I like the different point of views but I’m having to re-read the jacket to remind myself why I chose to read this...

Interesting story about magic and wizards but Im finding myself wishing that bad things would happen to the main wizards...

I am really enjoying these stories!

I can’t wait to jump back into the shadow hunter world!
