Aaaaagh I am loving this book! I was reading it in a fracture clinic and laughing out loud at the dialogue and now I cannot move from the sofa until I am finished and I might starve to death.

My daughter was sent a signed copy of this by the wonderful, generous author. Unfortunately I'm going to have to wait until she falls asleep to read any more today...

This is the most lovely holiday read. How the feck do you come up with an idea that is basically, 'Boy shares lifeboat with tiger'??? Loving every page.

Yup, still loving this. Some reviews focus on the lack of character development because of the book's structure, but the way the story arc is developing is brilliant. It's also a great book to read in little bites, around a busy day. Some great voices...

I started this back in May, and just started it again at the weekend. Really enjoying it!

Read in the car on the way to work (good job I wasn't driving...); read in the car on the way home from work; read when the laptop was firing up... I love being in love with a book! It's great to read a book that looks at the characters and the reasons and the mindset of the BDSM world, rather than focusing on which ankle went where and did what and which knot tied it there.

Does anyone know any decent pet shops where I could buy a Wesley? I'd look after him and feed him and groom him and hug him and *everything*... Loving Nora. She's flawed and funny; an excellent combination.

I have been reading this on my kindle (balanced on my knee) whilst listening to a children's music concert. In my defence, it was the 6-8 year olds, and they're generally a bit rubbish - like throwing a lot of pans downstairs, then adding a couple of feral cats, and no one noticed I was not *entirely* engaged with the performance. Really enjoying it!

Stalled. I left this on my secret bookshelf at work, and have now forgotten about it. It's a beautifully literary book, but I'm spending so long appreciating the craft that I forgot to invest in the characters. Must bring home to finish.

I keep pressing to turn the page, and that bloody % NEVER CHANGES!!! Groundhog Book...

Grim. Beautifully written, but jumping around POVs and times like a frog in a paper bag. I've left it at work for the weekend.

Three pages a night, when I'm on the verge of sleep - this could take a while...

Possibly the most harrowing book I've ever read.
