OMG! What a book to start during insomnia! This was a random book from the library and … wow! I am sitting here yelling at some of the groups and crying for others. I am captivated AND I need to go to sleep so I can deal with life tomorrow. Wow. This captured me from the first chapter where I cried, wondering if I had the fortitude for the emotions it was evoking. Breathe.

Bawled like a baby a few times. So much to this book.

Agreeing with so much of what she is saying. I recognized early on that not everyone thinks their actions are in need of forgiveness.

Learning a lot about the Truth & Reconciliation Committee of South Africa - and, again, agreeing with so much of what she is explaining.

I had to return it to the library and get it renewed. Nice to know that there are others in the city that are intrigued by this subject matter.

The end of chapter 14 is striking.

On page 281, the author talks about the Elysian Fields, a mythical Greek paradise. It makes me wonder if he would use the word mythical if he were to ever talk about the mythical Garden of Eden. I know, it seems a small thing to quibble about, but it tripped something.

Just the introduction to the book, the Goldilocks Zone, is enough to wake a person up if they are still asleep.

I am loving this book.

This is a great book! He writes so well and I understand what he is trying to convey.

There is so much in this book that most of us had no clue was happening. She is the Ambassador to Ukraine now and what she is trying to achieve is remarkable.

She is one incredible lady; she served our country well.
