one thing about Tolkien? That man is gonna make a short story LONG and squeeze in as many songs as possible while doing it. A song about walking? a song about eating? a song about BATH TIME? I think I struggle because theres no inherent melody and I automatically start reading these to the tune of twinkle twinkle little star and have to stop myself every time😭
