This is proper smut, idk why i didn’t expect it 😅 so far the writing is absolute comedic gold, yet the subject and the storyline feel kinda overdone and tired. Someone said that this would have been really shocking in 2016, but not today and I completely agree. But ofc will keep on reading!

Ugh okay gurl pick it upppp!!! The pace is dragging, the plot is kinda getting lost and the suspense is disappearing… so like get it together and let’s finish the book strong cause it is currently dropping in my ranking from 5⭐️ to 3⭐️

Yes and yes, she is progressing, she is good, she is gaggy. She got a bit boring and going nowhere though in last very few chapters so I hope it picks up again, but she’s been mostly great before!

Funny how the book progresses, the characters change, and so does your relationship with them. Where once you had hope that some people would turn out a certain way, now they are changed fundamentally due to the people they surround themselves with. At this point I hate all the characters but I also can’t stop reading. Also it should be called “Why straight people shouldn’t get married or have kids”.

Also really good so far! I feel like this book actually is what The Secret History thinks it is. But more interesting narration, better characterisation and much less pretentiousness!

Really good so far! The fast pacing and short chapters are so good that it keeps you glued to the book and manes you want to keep on reading. Also the story is giving me a visceral nostalgia and brings me right back to my “fresh out of high school” years. Can’t wait to see how this turns out.
