This is the best fucking book I’ve ever read in my life. Everyone should read it, even if their parents weren’t necessarily emotionally immature. It helps us identify characteristics in ourselves and others that are empathetic vs. toxic and how to build confidence in ourselves and our relationships. It isn’t full of fluff like most self help books. This was actually amazing.
