*SPOILER ALERT. Read for book club or would not have finished. Was so bored. Weird sad end with an even more annoying last page. So many unnecessary characters when obviously the killer is going to be a more main character.🙄So many unnecessary details that made it 10x longer than it needed to be.🙅🏼‍♀️I like Will Trent as a character but this book was trash and I hated it.

4.5 ⭐️ I’m undone. I didn’t want it to end &was captured from the start. I think I will carry this story in my heart forever. How much heartache can 1 book have!😩My emotions were all over the place. The twists &turns were unexpected. I felt deeply connected to these characters &loved the setting so much. Beautifully written. Maybe not the perfec ending I would have dreamed of, but precious in its own way.
