I'm getting annoyed with Sarah J Maas's writing style. You shouldn't have to read over 400 pages before anything happens!

Up to page 422 (had to return and wait to be available again!)

Didn't finish it - enjoyed how she writes with the same comic voice as when she speaks, but felt book was a bit repetitive. Made lots of good points, and made me laugh out loud multiple times, but couldn't hold my attention to the end.

This book has sent me down a worm hole of articles, tedx talks etc as it introduced me to a subject that I knew nothing about previously. I'm implementing many of the changes suggested in the book and am feeling very positive about improving my health and hopefully reversing my autoimmune condition.

First couple of chapters had me laughing out loud, but then it got a bit samey. It was quite a grim read at times, as so many of the places he visited had no industry or sense of purpose anymore, and therefore neither did the people living there :(

Very odd. Didn't really grab me. Was a bit of a slog to finish it.

Struggled to get in to it at first, but am intrigued now!
