This was a brilliant read, this author knows who to write about women in male dominated historical settings and makes them come alive. It was heartbreaking and beautiful and inspiring. And we can get through anything if we have good friends by our side

I loved this book, I enjoyed her story and her badass-ness. I loved the way the story flowed it was a joy.
